Shipping Information
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs, or weather conditions.
3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times and rates for international orders vary based on the destination. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status and location of your package.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at support@ufoolifestyle.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. However, please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or other external circumstances.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- The item is not a final sale product. Items marked as final sale are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@ufoolifestyle.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item.
- The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning the item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

- Final sale items
- Custom or personalized orders
